The website
Service pages, trust signals, search visibility, clear calls to action and simple enquiry forms.
Example: a customer requests a quotation.CUSTOM WEB APPLICATIONS / BACKEND WORKFLOWS
When enquiries and jobs are tracked across messages and files, it can be hard to see who is responsible and what happens next. A custom web app can connect the agreed records, people and steps.
Custom project quote · Scope and security reviewed before development · Hosting and third-party costs disclosed separately
Explanatory architecture illustration — not a deployed client system.
EXAMPLE / NOT A CLIENT CLAIM
Imagine a studio checking several chats to find who owns a request. A defined record can show its owner, current status and next action. The illustrative sequence below explains how; it is not a measured client result.
See StudioDesk’s working offline-style workflow demo ↗StudioDesk is a browser demonstration of an offline desktop concept, not proof that the online multi-user system described here has already been delivered.
A website form captures the fields agreed for the process.
The team reviews the request in a private workspace.
Defined statuses and permissions determine the next step.
A reporting screen shows the records permitted by the agreed role.
PLAIN ENGLISH / DIFFERENT JOBS
“Backend” is a technical word. What matters to the buyer is exactly what they can do after the visitor clicks Send, Book, Pay, or Sign in.
Service pages, trust signals, search visibility, clear calls to action and simple enquiry forms.
Example: a customer requests a quotation.Staff login, customer records, assignment, updates, status changes and reports with appropriate permissions.
Example: a manager reviews and assigns that request.Server-side validation, authorised access, record storage, operational rules, backups and integrations.
Example: the status is saved and available to the right user.Important: A working contact form by itself does not include a bespoke staff dashboard. The ₹16,999 website package does not include a custom backend system.
WHAT CAN BE DESIGNED
These are capabilities that can be scoped—not promises that every project contains all four.
Login, defined roles and permission rules for approved users; exact access model is designed around your people.
A secure, structured system for jobs, requests, customers, stock or other approved records, with validation and audit needs.
Review submissions, assign work, update status and generate reports without copying the same data across tools.
Connect payment, email, messaging or existing business services only where their APIs and costs support the requirements.
CHOOSE THE CORRECT BUILD
Different technical obligations. Different scopes. The right answer may be a combination of services—but never an unpriced bundle.
PUBLIC PRESENCE
Five pages and a clear path to contact. No custom CRM, staff dashboard or bespoke database included.
Review the included website scope ↗CONNECTED BUSINESS WORKFLOW
Authenticated browser tools and backend logic that connect agreed users, records and business processes.
Describe the workflow ↗ONE WINDOWS COMPUTER
An installable offline-first application designed for one agreed Windows workstation. Separate architecture and handover.
Explore offline software ↗WHEN CUSTOM WORK IS WORTH CONSIDERING
If records are manageable, one person can maintain them reliably and the process rarely changes, a better template may be sufficient.
If a supported product handles your essential tasks at a sensible total cost, configuring it may be better than commissioning a new application.
If the same workarounds repeat and existing tools cannot handle an important business rule economically, map that process before asking for a build.
For shared work, define who can view, edit and approve each record. Hosting, support and recovery are part of the comparison.
Compare development, setup, running costs, future changes and handover—not just the initial price. No measured savings are implied by this example.
PRICING / OWNERSHIP / RISK
Custom web applications are quoted individually because secure logins, number of users, data volume, integrations, audit requirements and testing affect the work. The proposal separates development, running costs and support.
For very small needs, a simple form, spreadsheet, or existing SaaS tool may be more economical than bespoke software. We'll say so if a full custom system is unnecessary.
COMMON QUESTIONS
No. The Business Website Launch package covers five agreed public pages, responsive implementation, search foundations and direct contact/enquiry paths. A bespoke database, authenticated dashboard, staff portal, CRM, order management or booking engine is separately scoped and quoted.
No. A contact form may use server-side validation and email delivery, but that does not mean the client receives a custom dashboard, records database, admin permissions, or integrations. These are distinct deliverables.
Yes, subject to feasibility and a written scope. A public website can be combined with a browser-based web application, such as a secure owner dashboard or booking workflow. Each feature and user role must be specified.
No. A web app normally relies on hosting and network connectivity for its shared data and authenticated services. Private Desktop Software is a separately quoted, single-computer Windows application designed for offline core workflows.
No. Cloud hosting, domain, email, payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp APIs, storage and provider licences can involve separate recurring or usage charges. We disclose expected running costs and account ownership before work begins.
A responsible quote requires requirements, user roles, data sensitivity, integrations, security, maintenance, and an acceptance test plan. The quote follows the agreed workflow, users and acceptance requirements.
Data access, exports, account ownership, client-specific code rights, reusable components, third-party licences, handover and optional support are documented in the written agreement. Never assume every dependency is exclusively assigned.
MAKE THE FIRST COMMITMENT TESTABLE
Before commissioning a larger system, define one useful sequence and its acceptance tasks: capture a request, give it an owner, record progress and export the result. The proposal can separate that first milestone from later features.
Agree the users, permissions, test records, recovery requirements and cost before development. This is a scoping approach, not a free trial or a claim that the illustrated system is already delivered.
NEXT STEP / UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM
Describe one repeated task, who uses the records and what goes wrong today. We will check whether an existing tool fits before proposing a custom build, with defined acceptance tasks, running costs and handover.
