Who is responsible

Information collected

Information is collected when a visitor sends a general enquiry, requests an Website Review, uses the guided-enquiry flow, requests the website checklist, sends a wedding enquiry or makes a referral. Depending on the form, this may include a name, business or wedding details, location, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, website, service interest, and information supplied in a message. For proposed private desktop-software projects, the guided form may also collect an industry category, approximate project budget, number of computers, project timing and a description of the problem to solve. For custom browser-based web apps, it may collect expected users, needed functionality, a workflow description, existing website, approximate budget and timing. Do not submit customer databases, medical records or sensitive third-party data through this form.

A referral may also contain information about the business or person being introduced. Referrers are asked to provide non-public personal information only when they have permission to share it.

The site also processes limited technical and source information needed to deliver and protect the forms. This may include an IP address, referring page, landing path and campaign parameters. Submitted Turnstile verification tokens are used for security checks and are not included in lead emails.

Checklist and marketing choice

The website-checklist form requires a name and at least one contact method so the request can be received and the download can be unlocked after a successful submission. Its marketing-consent checkbox is separate, optional and unchecked by default. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent delivery of the requested checklist. If selected, the contact details may be used to send the occasional practical website and online-visibility guidance described beside the checkbox.

How information is used and delivered

Information is used to respond to an enquiry, assess the requested service, deliver a requested checklist, administer a referral, protect the forms from abuse, measure aggregate website performance and conversions, and keep necessary business records. It is not sold or rented to unrelated parties.

Verified form submissions are saved in a private Cloudflare D1 database before notification emails are sent to Arunaksha’s configured business inbox. Failed notification emails are retried automatically. Successfully notified submissions are kept in this backup for 30 days; undelivered submissions are kept for up to 90 days, then removed by scheduled cleanup. A separate, access-restricted client dashboard stores the original submission, service category, source information, follow-up dates, status and private enquiry-handling notes for up to 12 months after submission or the latest manual update. These dashboard records remain available independently of the short-lived email backup and are removed by scheduled cleanup at expiry, or can be deleted earlier by the owner. Only the owner’s authorised account can access the dashboard. Turnstile tokens are not stored in either record. Submitted emails may remain in business email records for enquiry handling and necessary administration; the website does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to those records.

Turnstile and Cloudflare

Cloudflare provides website delivery, security, request rate limiting, the Worker that validates and processes forms, Turnstile verification and the email-delivery binding. Turnstile and the Worker may process verification, browser, network and IP information to identify automated or abusive submissions. Cloudflare processes that information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Website analytics and cookies

The canonical production website uses Google Analytics 4 through the Google tag to understand aggregate website usage and measure successful enquiries, checklist interactions and selected contact or call-to-action interactions. Analytics may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, approximate device and browser information and referring information. Google Analytics may use cookies or comparable browser identifiers depending on browser settings and Google’s service behavior.

A secure, short-lived, HttpOnly cookie confirms a saved form submission for conversion measurement. It expires after ten minutes and its server receipt can be used only once. The homepage also stores the last showcased project identifier in localStorage to avoid showing the same project on consecutive visits. The website does not provide visitor accounts or a shopping cart. Cloudflare and Google may use limited cookies or similar technical identifiers when providing their security, verification and analytics services.

Form-entered names, phone numbers, email addresses, business names, websites, messages, referral details, marketing choices and verification tokens are not sent to Google Analytics by this implementation. Analytics events use fixed, non-personal categories such as the type of enquiry, selected service identifier or clicked route.

Other service providers and contact channels

Google provides analytics and hosts the configured business email inbox that receives successful lead notifications. If a visitor chooses a WhatsApp link, the resulting communication is handled by WhatsApp and Meta under their own terms and privacy practices. Phone calls and direct emails are handled through the visitor’s and Arunaksha’s respective communications providers.

Your choices

You may use browser controls or extensions to limit cookies and analytics. You may decline the optional checklist marketing consent without affecting the checklist request. You may also contact Arunaksha to withdraw that marketing choice or request access, correction or deletion of information you previously provided, subject to lawful and necessary record retention.
