Before work begins

Cancellation and any refund eligibility must be set out in the signed or accepted project scope and invoice terms.

After work begins

Where work has commenced, payments may reflect completed research, strategy, production time, third-party costs and committed project capacity. Specific treatment must be agreed in writing for each project.
