LEGAL INFORMATION
Service Terms
Project scope
Each paid project requires a written scope confirming deliverables, timeline, revisions, fees, client responsibilities, handover and any third-party costs before work begins.
Changes
Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised timeline, fee or separate agreement.
Client materials and approvals
The client remains responsible for supplying accurate business information and approving required copy, assets and decisions in a timely manner.
Custom business web applications and backend systems
A website with authenticated user accounts, databases, internal dashboards or integrations is a separately scoped software project. The ₹16,999 Business Website Launch package does not include a custom CRM, staff portal, user-management system or bespoke database. Each web app proposal must specify supported users, permissions, records, integrations, testing and acceptance, deployment, backup and recovery, support and security responsibilities.
Web apps may require hosting, domains, email providers, storage, payment processing and third-party API fees beyond one-time development. The scope and contract identify accounts and data access, agreed code and licence rights, maintenance responsibilities and exit or export arrangements. No unconditional lifetime hosting or support is promised.
Private desktop software
Custom Windows software projects are offered under a separate written statement of work. That document sets the supported computers, agreed features, testing and acceptance criteria, installer and documentation, data export, backup and recovery requirements, defect warranty and optional future support.
Clients retain control of their business data. Any transfer of copyright in bespoke code, licence to reusable Arunaksha components, third-party licence terms and source-code handover must be explicitly defined in the signed project agreement. A one-time development fee is not a promise of unlimited future updates or zero third-party costs.
Results
Work is delivered with reasonable professional care, but outcomes controlled by third parties—including search engines and AI systems—cannot be guaranteed.
