Raw IP addresses are not stored as part of the audit_leads record.
5. Publicly Available Business Information
If you request an AI Visibility Audit or another business visibility service, I may review information that your business has already made publicly available.
This can include information appearing on:
- your business website;
- your Google Business Profile;
- public search results;
- public business directories;
- public social profiles;

- publicly accessible business listings; and
- other relevant public sources.
This information may be used to understand how your business is represented online and to prepare an audit, recommendation, proposal, or related service.
I do not treat publicly available information as permission to use it for unrelated purposes.
6. How I Use Your Information

Provide Requested Audits
To review your business information and provide or prepare the Free AI Visibility Audit you requested.

Comply With Law
Where processing, preservation, disclosure, or other action is required or permitted by applicable law or a valid legal process.
7. What I Do Not Use Audit Submissions For
Submitting a Free AI Visibility Audit does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Unless you separately agree to receive marketing communications, information submitted through the audit form will not be used simply to send unrelated bulk promotional email.
I do not sell or rent audit-form submissions or personal contact information to data brokers or unrelated advertisers.
The Site currently does not operate an advertising-data marketplace.
8. Privacy Acknowledgement and Consent
The Free AI Visibility Audit form requires you to acknowledge the applicable privacy notice before submitting the request.
By submitting the form, you are asking me to process the information you provide for purposes connected with:
- your requested audit;
- responding to your enquiry;
- evaluating your business's digital presence;
- communicating with you about relevant services; and
- operating and protecting the Site.
Where applicable law requires separate or additional consent for a specific type of processing, that consent will be requested separately.
You are not required to provide more information than is reasonably necessary for the requested service.
9. ChatGPT Sites Hosting and Managed Storage
This website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites, a service provided by OpenAI.
Information submitted through the Free AI Visibility Audit is currently stored using managed database infrastructure available through ChatGPT Sites.
The audit system currently uses managed database storage containing records associated with audit submissions and rate limiting/security.
OpenAI may process information as necessary to provide, host, maintain, secure, and operate the ChatGPT Sites service.
OpenAI's handling of data in connection with its hosting and platform services is governed by the agreements, terms, policies, and data-processing arrangements applicable to the Site operator's OpenAI account.
10. No Guaranteed India-Only Data Storage
You should not assume that information submitted through the Site is stored exclusively within India.
The hosting infrastructure used for ChatGPT Sites does not currently provide this Site with a guarantee that its deployed Site data, managed database information, logs, or related Site information will remain solely within a particular geographic region.
Information may therefore be processed or stored outside your state, country, or region.
By using the Site and submitting information, you acknowledge that such processing may occur where permitted by applicable law.
I will update this Privacy Policy if the Site's hosting or data-residency arrangements materially change.
11. AI and Automated Processing
The Site relates to AI Visibility services, but this does not mean every piece of information you submit is automatically sent to a generative AI model.
At the effective date of this Privacy Policy, the Site's audit submission process primarily:
- validates the information you submit;
- stores the valid submission in the Site's managed database; and
- makes the submission available for review.
The submission process itself does not make an automated decision determining whether you qualify for a service, credit, employment, insurance, or another similarly significant decision.
If the way AI-assisted tools are used to process submitted personal information changes materially, this Privacy Policy will be updated where appropriate.
12. Information Sharing
I may disclose personal information only where reasonably necessary for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
This may include the following circumstances.
Hosting and Infrastructure Providers
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to host, secure, maintain, or operate the Site, including OpenAI as the provider of ChatGPT Sites.
Service Providers
If additional service providers are introduced in the future, information may be shared with them only where reasonably necessary to provide the requested service or operate the business.
Examples could include analytics, communication, security, hosting, or professional-service providers.
This Privacy Policy will be updated if material new categories of processing are introduced.
Legal Requirements
Information may be disclosed where reasonably believed to be required by:
- applicable law;
- court order;
- legal process;
- regulatory request;
- law-enforcement request; or
- another legally valid obligation.
Protection of Rights and Security
Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, unlawful activity, or threats to rights or safety.
With Your Direction or Consent
Information may be shared where you specifically request, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.
13. No Sale of Personal Information
I do not sell personal information submitted through the Free AI Visibility Audit.
I do not rent your submitted contact details to unrelated third parties.
I do not provide audit submissions to unrelated businesses so they can market their products or services to you.
14. Data Retention
Personal information will not be intentionally retained longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Audit and enquiry information will generally be retained for up to 12 months after the last substantive interaction relating to the enquiry unless there is a reasonable reason to retain it for longer.
Information may be retained longer where:
- you become a client;
- an active project or business relationship continues;
- the information forms part of contractual or business records;
- retention is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;
- there is an unresolved dispute;
- security or fraud investigation requires retention;
- applicable law requires retention; or
- another legitimate and lawful reason exists.
Where information is no longer reasonably required, it should be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of appropriately.
Security and rate-limiting information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to detect abuse, protect the Site, and investigate relevant security incidents.
15. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure of information submitted through the Site.
The current audit submission system includes measures such as:
- server-side validation;
- field-length restrictions;
- request-size controls;
- format validation;
- same-origin protections;
- anti-spam measures;
- rate limiting;
- restricted database access;
- non-public lead storage; and
- error handling designed not to report a successful submission unless the record has actually been persisted.
No method of online transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, while reasonable safeguards are used, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
16. Payment and Financial Information
The Site currently does not collect or store payment-card information through the Free AI Visibility Audit.
Do not enter:
- debit or credit card numbers;
- CVV numbers;
- online banking passwords;

- other payment authentication credentials
into any audit, enquiry, or free-text field on this Site.
If payment functionality is introduced in the future, payments may be handled using an appropriate third-party payment processor, and this Privacy Policy will be updated where necessary.

Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through the Free AI Visibility Audit.
In particular, do not submit:

Businesses such as clinics or healthcare providers should provide ordinary business information only and should not submit patient records or patient-identifiable health information through the Site.
18. Cookies and Analytics
At the effective date of this Privacy Policy, the Site does not intentionally use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or another advertising analytics system implemented by the Site operator.
The underlying hosting platform may process technical or operational information necessary to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the Site.
If non-essential analytics, advertising technologies, cookies, pixels, or comparable tracking technologies are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required cookie or consent mechanism will be updated accordingly.
Where consent is legally required before using non-essential tracking technologies, those technologies should not be activated until the required consent has been obtained.
19. WhatsApp and Telephone Links
The Site provides ways to contact me through telephone and WhatsApp.
When you choose to contact me through WhatsApp, your interaction also becomes subject to WhatsApp's and its operator's applicable terms and privacy practices.
When you use a telephone link, your device and telecommunications provider may process information associated with the call.
These third-party services operate separately from the Site.
You should review their privacy practices where relevant.

The Site may link to third-party websites or platforms such as:
- Google;
- Google Business Profiles;
- WhatsApp;
- social networks;
- portfolio websites;
- client or project websites;
- search services; or
- other external resources.
I do not control the privacy, security, availability, or data-handling practices of independent third-party websites.
Visiting a third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policies.
21. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on the law that applies to you and your information, you may have rights or choices regarding your personal information.
