A low seating group and a compact stone island leave the principal window legible. The sea is seen across useful domestic space rather than from an empty showcase. Taller storage sits on the inner wall, where it can do more work without interrupting the horizon.

The conceptual arrangement puts storage and service functions along the apartment’s deeper edge. A direct route to the bedrooms reduces movement through the hosting zone. The existing structure and services would determine how much of that arrangement could be realised.

Linen layers soften window light; task lighting supports cooking and reading after sunset. Walnut gives the inner edge depth while pale travertine returns some daylight to the room. External shading, glazing and glare control would need site-specific evaluation.

Marine air makes hardware, finishes and maintenance consequential. The warm metal accents are a visual intention, not a corrosion specification. The stone would be tested for staining and cleaning, and the timber finish chosen for the apartment’s actual humidity.
